Designed by renowned architects Diller Scofidio + Renfro, Therme Dubai – Islands in the Sky will be located in Zabeel Park, beside the Royal Palace in the heart of Dubai. Blurring nature and city living, the landmark will span 500,000 square feet with a 100-meter-tall-structure and is designed to welcome 1.7 million visitors annually, setting a new standard for holistic and daily wellbeing.
Transforming Dubai’s skyline and offering breathtaking views of the city, Therme Dubai – Islands in the Sky’s pioneering features include botanical gardens suspended from the air, stacked terraces, and cascading pools where guests can enjoy restorative thermal and mineral waters – as well as cultural events and social spaces.

Therme Dubai – Islands in the Sky will also harness Therme Group’s cutting-edge sustainable innovations and technologies to minimize environmental impact while maximizing community benefits. The resort will recycle 90% of the water used in its thermal pools, while 80% of the fresh air and cooling needs will be met through clean energy sources. In addition, the project will implement smart resource management and advanced energy-efficient systems, ensuring a minimal environmental footprint.
With construction set to begin in 2026 and completion anticipated by 2028, Therme Dubai – Islands in the Sky is both an architectural feat and a step toward a new era, where cities are designed to serve the wellbeing of all who live in and visit them.
